I wrote a poem…

This time last week I was writing a poem:

Last week at my cabin, after building ideas for 2 hours on my dock, I went out into the middle of the lake in my kayak with a watch and wrote my poem entitled ‘Hour’. To write this poem I wrote one line every minute for a whole hour (from 6:20 to 7:19). Each minute represented an adventure I have gone on with Antonia. As I concluded the poem I turned my kayak around to see the sun shining brilliantly over the lake in the heart of ‘The Golden Hour’. Below is the poem:

6:21pm – Origami lanterns

Thanks man! If you check out my ‘Timeline’ tab you can see all 5 of the different ways that I’m using time to express similar concepts in poetry… There is ‘Day’, ‘Week’, ‘Month’ and ‘Year’… ‘Day’ and ‘Week’ are done; ‘Year’ is in progress… and ‘Month’ is yet to be written…

Thanks so much for your comment!
